The Concrete Slab Construction - Preparation Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) outlines the main hazards and risks associated with work carried out when preparing a site for construction of concrete slabs for residential premises, or commercial and industrial buildings including the installation of pipes and conduits, use of plant and equipment, risks of over-exertion and strain injury and the likelihood of exposure to hazardous chemicals.
