The Aluminium – Installation Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) outlines the main hazards and risks associated with the installation of aluminium sections in buildings prior to the installation of glass including hazardous manual tasks, exposure to hazardous chemicals, and risks of falls when working at heights.
The SWMS provides details of the health and safety precautions (including personal protective equipment requirements) to be observed when installing aluminium in buildings.
